Professional shoots are not allowed at the premises unless previously & specifically booked with the property
Force Majeure:
The hotel is not responsible for disruptions or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other events beyond its control.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes in advance.
By making a reservation and staying at our boutique hotel, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property caused during their stay.
The hotel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur on the premises.
Special events or functions must be arranged and approved in advance.
Additional charges may apply for events hosted on the hotel premises.

Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Room occupancy is limited to the maximum capacity specified for each room.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in unless accompanied by an adult.
occupancy and age restrictions
Full payment is required prior to check-in if direct via our booking engine. For reservations made via Booking, we charge upon check-in. For reservations made via Airbnb, they are automatically processed by Airbnb so we do not collect payment at the property.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 10 and 7 days before arrival date will be charged 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged the full amount. This applies to any modifications that represent a shortening of the length of stay.
payment and cancellation
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
